This walking…Where do you feel it? Is it only in your feet? What about in your knees and your pelvis, what about in your belly and your shoulders? Can you feel walking on the skin of your cheeks? And how does it matter where we walk? On what substrate? In which direction, along what path? Or maybe we are the path? How does it matter how we walk? Walking in the round or walking in the square? Walking quickly or slowly ? What can you discover about your walking? What new awareness arises?
